The property owner or manager may review and prequalify your application. But in order to initiate the screening process, you must provide a signed version of this application. After you complete your online application, click the icon to the left to view a printable version. Print out the application and sign and date in the space provided. |

You will be informed of whether the property owner or manager prefers to receive the application via fax, mail or in-person delivery when you download the application. Some property owners and managers may also require an application fee before beginning the screening process. This fee is entirely at the discretion of property owners and managers, and is not a requirement of Rentals Inc.

 Application Fee
The property for which you are about to complete an application requires a $40.00 application fee, to be paid when the printed application is delivered to the property owner or manager. Contact the property owner or manager for further instructions regarding the payment of this fee. |
